*Do you need to return something? Send product back within 20 days from original purchase date. (see packing slip) We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding the original shipping and handling fees.
*Products received after the 20-day return date cannot be accepted for a refund. Your package will be returned to you. Return shipping is at your expense and we advise that you use the same shipper as when the product was delivered. Please make sure to keep the tracking number for your records. Your credit card will be credited once your return has been received and accepted. Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
*ATTENTION! We ask that you return your purchase in unused condition and the original packaging is intact. Please properly package all items sent back to our warehouse. If the items are damaged enroute to our warehouse because they were not packaged correctly the items will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
*All original packaging materials and hanging tags must be included with the items.First gear biker will not accept products that have been worn and will not be responsible for any merchandise which is not authorized for return.
